About audio quality :

Q: My mobile handset is successfully paired with the Bluetooth Speaker, however

I still can't play music via the Bluetooth Speaker .
a. Make sure your mobile handset is compatible with the Bluetooth Speaker .
b. Make sure your mobile handset supports A2DP or AVRCP profile.
c. Make sure your mobile handset is connected properly with the Bluetooth Speaker.
d. For some brand of mobile, you should select ‘play music via bluetooth' on the menu
mobile after paired with the Bluetooth Speaker.

 

Q: It seems the Bluetooth Speaker transfer music with different audio quality

sometimes from the same mobile handset, why?

A: There are two pairing mode with mobile or notebook. One is for audio, another is
for call. While pairing, some model of mobile will pair the Bluetooth Speaker with two
mode. Some model of mobile will just pair the speaker with one mode. Therefore, if

you pair the speaker with calling mode instead of audio mode (Hi quality mode),

music quality and volumn will be not so good.
 

Q: My mobile handset is successfully paired with the bluetooth Speaker, and I can

take a call or receive a call, but I can't play music via the speaker.
A: Please make sure your mobile handset supports A2DP or AVRCP.
 
Q: Sometimes I can't track reverse or forward with the touch pannel.
A: Make sure you play music by clicking media player. If you play music by selecting
music from memory card, you can't track reverse or forward.
 

Q: The audio quality is not as good as before.

A: Please check the power. Low power will affect audio quality.
