| Q: What are the mobile handsets that will work with my Bluetooth speaker? |
| A: Please refer to your handset, make sure your handset is Bluetooth enabled, and |
| support A2DP or AVRCP profile. Generally, most of main brand mobile can work with |
| our Bluetooth Speaker if they support A2DP or AVRCP profile. However, some of them |
| can not work normally even your mobile has paired with our Bluetooth Speaker. |

| Q: How can I know that my mobile handset has Bluetooth ? If my mobile handset |
| doesn't have Bluetooth , do you has any installation driver for it? |
| A: Bluetooth wireless technology is embedded in mobile handsets during the manufa |
cturing
process. Please check with your mobile handset manufacturers or manual.

handset have no Bluetooth. You can use our AV DONGLE to pair with our |
| Bluetooth Speaker, then plug into your mobile if your handset has 3.5 audio-in. |

Q : I am having trouble pairing Bluetooth Speaker with my mobile handset. |
| a. Make sure that your mobile handset is compatible with the Bluetooth Speaker. |
| b. Ensure the pairing mode is activated, i.e. the Bluetooth Speaker's status
indicator |
is flashing blue and red intermittently when pairing with a Bluetooth mobile handset. |
| c. Ensure that you have followed the proper pairing procedure featured in the speake |
| r's
user guide. Please go to the ‘Pairing your speaker' section on P5 of user' manual. |
| d. Ensure that you have entered the correct pairing code when connecting your devic |
| es. The pairing code is '0000'. |
| e. Or, reset both the mobile handset and the Bluetooth Speaker in accordance
with |
| the instructions described in the respective user guide and pair them once again. |

Q: Can one device pair with two or more Bluetooth Speaker simultaneously? |
| A: No. once a device is paired with the Bluetooth Speaker, which can not be found |
| and paired with again before disconnection. |
