1.Quality Management Process
The Quality Management process is typically defined as the ability of our team to produce deliverables which meet the needs of our customer.which will help us to improve the quality of deliverables produced. By implementing a Quality Management Process, we can implement the quality procedures needed to produce deliverables which meet our customers expectations.
This quality process will also help us to:
a. Perform Quality Assurance to provide customers with assurance
b. Undertake Quality Control to control the actual level of quality delivered
c. Complete Quality Improvement to improve quality levels

2.Quality Review Form
This form helps us to measure the current level of quality of products deliverables and processes, against? the Quality targets set for the products. Any quality deviations are identified and a set of quality improvement actions are undertaken.
3.Deliverables Register
The 'Deliverables Register' is the central log against which the progress of each project deliverable is recorded. The purpose of the register is to identify the current status of each deliverable to determine whether it meets the Quality Targets set and is therefore ready for customer signoff. Keeping a Deliverables Register up-to-date forms a core part of monitoring and controlling the project.
Production Process
YidSun's production process system including the warehouse and the entire production line. The new system reduced the need for transportation of materials and decreased production time, thereby increasing the all-round efficiency and quality of production.
Financial Management
YidSun has established a financial management and monitoring system, implemented and unified financial regulations, procedures, codes and monitoring.
Supply Chain
YidSun has developed a flexible supply chain, which has enhanced our competitiveness in terms of providing fast, cost-effective and quality supply. We have also formulated pertinent supply guarantee strategies and built flattened manufacturing organizations that allow us to meet market demands efficiently and flexibly. In addition, we carried out transformation of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) to ensure that new processes and systems were implemented effectively, and also introduced quality engineering technologies to continuously improve supply chain capabilities and customer service. We have also developed partnerships with principal suppliers, enhanced purchase performance management, and carried out supplier certification procedures based on the industrial benchmark.
